As an Account Executive, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, balancing relationship management with new business growth. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver thoughtful, compliant, and high‑quality packaging solutions while contributing directly to revenue growth across the Cartons & Labels division.
What You’ll Be Accountable For:
- New Business Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities across Cartons & Labels, with a focus on consumer-packaged goods.
- Account Strategy: Develop and execute customer‑specific account plans that support long‑term partnership and growth.
- Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with buyers, packaging engineers, and supply chain partners.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline and opportunity tracking within Salesforce CRM.
- Business Reviews: Lead regular customer business reviews to assess performance, opportunities, and future needs.
- Forecasting & Planning: Maintain accurate forecasts for recurring business and new SKU launches.
- Packaging Expertise: Advise on substrates, structures, printing processes, and finishing options to meet customer needs.
- Problem Resolution: Anticipate customer challenges and coordinate internal teams to resolve issues proactively.
- Value‑Added Solutions: Recommend packaging improvements that enhance quality, cost efficiency, or sustainability.
What you’ll bring
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or Graphic Communications/Print Technology.
- 5+ years of sales experience in printed packaging or a related commercial environment.
- Experience managing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities with net new clients.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Confidence in translating technical packaging concepts into customer‑focused solutions.

Total Rewards
We’re offering a competitive compensation in the range of $75,000 – $100,000 per year, plus a Commission Plan. Pay will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
