About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative & Social Media Assistant. This hybrid role combines administrative support with digital engagement, helping us manage project data and promote our work online.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Enter new projects into our Squarecoil system (training provided on site).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project details.
- Assist with general office tasks as needed.
Social Media Management:
- Create and schedule posts showcasing newly completed projects.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the team to gather content (photos, project highlights, etc.).
Customer Engagement:
- Follow up with clients to encourage Google reviews.
- Monitor and respond to online feedback professionally and promptly.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using or learning new software (Squarecoil training provided).
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with administrative systems or CRM tools.
- Familiarity with Canva, Buffer, or other social media tools.
