Jones Healthcare Group – Where Innovation Meets Purpose!

Why this Role Matters

The Business Analyst ensures our pricing, profitability, and production decisions are grounded in accurate, trusted data.

This role transforms financial and operational data from static reports into predictive, decision-driving tools.

This role enables leaders to identify inefficiencies, manage constraints, and drive profitable growth with confidence.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll own the integrity of our business performance models and ERP records while modernizing how the organization analyzes cost, capacity, and profitability. You’ll combine deep product and manufacturing knowledge with advanced data, automation, and analytics to give senior leaders the visibility they need to make informed, forward-looking decisions — not just react to past results.

What You’ll Be Accountable For:

  • Business Performance & Quoting Enablement: Design and maintain data-driven quoting and pricing models that integrate live cost and production constraints to improve accuracy, speed, and profitability.
  • Data Governance & ERP Integrity: Own the integrity and lifecycle of ERP master data (BOMs, SFGs, tooling), using automation and auditing to ensure reliable, decision-ready data.
  • Automated Performance & Variance Analysis: Deliver automated dashboards and variance analyses that surface margin risk and pricing gaps for FP&A and business leaders.
  • Strategic Modeling & Pricing Infrastructure: Build scalable, SQL- and Power BI-based financial and production models that replace manual spreadsheets and support real-time decision-making.
  • Data-Led Operational & Investment Modeling: Develop predictive and scenario-based models that support capacity planning, ROI analysis, and capital investment decisions.
  • Systems Collaboration & Analytics Transformation: Partner with IT, Operations, and Finance to modernize data infrastructure and shift analytics away from legacy, manual processes.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Print Graphics Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or supply chain finance, with exposure to multi-stage production environments and Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, including costing methodologies, variance analysis, and margin drivers.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) to manage master data, pricing, and production records.
  • Proven ability to automate or digitize manual, legacy processes using data and analytics tools, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Advanced data and analytics skills, including Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, data modeling), SQL (querying relational data), and Power BI (DAX and building self-service dashboards).
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders, with a systems-thinking mindset.
