Looking for experienced line of cook/prep cooks for a busy Portuguese restaurant. Weekdays as well as weekends availability is needed in both days and evenings.

Requirements: 

-Culinary 1 year (Preferred)

-Line Cook, 1 year (Preferred)

-Experience preparing traditional Portuguese food (Preferred)

Specific Skills:

-Prepare and cook food as directed

-Follow recipes and presentation specifications

-Prepare take out orders 

-Organizational Skills

-Ability to work independently

-Attention to detail 

-Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

-Work under pressure

-Fast-paced environment

-Standing for extended periods
