This role requires ownership. You are accountable for jobsite organization, site presentation, work quality, safety compliance, crew productivity, equipment care, and clear communication with your Supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in landscape or grounds maintenance
  • Previous crew leadership experience, or proven ability to lead others in the field
  • Strong hands-on experience with mowing, trimming, and turf finish quality
  • Comfort operating commercial landscape equipment such as zero-turn mowers, stand-on or walk-behind mowers, brush cats, wing mowers, blowers, edgers, and similar tools
  • Ability to identify common turf issues and escalate or respond appropriately
  • Confidence coaching team members and holding standards for quality, pace, and safety
  • Ability to read and execute work orders accurately
  • Strong jobsite awareness, organization, and follow-through
  • Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, notes, and updates

Who You Are

  • You take ownership of your sites and outcomes

  • You hold clear standards for quality, pace, and safety
  • You coach early and directly when something needs correcting
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with crew members, supervisors, and clients
