Our Landscape team plays a significant role in the property management of our over 65 properties and close to 10,000 residents. We are seeking Experienced Landscapers who are looking for year-round work, full time hours and a career.

We are a family owned and operated company that has been in business for 65 years. Since 1958 we have been constructing and operating rental apartment towers across Southwestern Ontario and proving homes to thousands of Canadians.

Key Responsibilities: include but not limited to

o Turf - Grass cutting/trimming using self-propelled mowers/ gas trimmers

o New landscape/irrigation installs

o Weeding, cultivating and edging garden beds

o Property clean-up using back-pack blowers

o Garbage collection - a collection of litter, bulk/cardboard

o Snow Plowing/Shoveling in Winter Season

o Rental unit turn overs, carpet tear out, kitchen and bath renos

o Safe and responsible operation of equipment, vehicles, tools and supplies.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 -5 years industry knowledge and experience

· Valid and clean driver’s license and abstract, Class G license

· A strong work ethic, organized, attention to detail and -positive attitude

· Must be able to work under pressure and complete projects within time restraints.

. Must be able to work in all weather conditions

· Turf and plant identification skills are an asset

· Must be physically fit to perform all duties which includes lifting, pushing, kneeling and bending for an extended amount of time.

· Comply with all company policies and regulations
