Fritto & Co, a growing food production company in London, ON, is looking for dedicated and safety-focused Frying Production Workers to join our afternoon shift team. If you enjoy hands-on work and want a stable role in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Operate frying equipment safely and efficiently

• Cook food items according to company recipes and quality standards

• Monitor product temperature, timing, and consistency

• Transfer fried products to cooling or packing stations

• Follow strict food safety and health & safety procedures

• Keep workstations clean, organized, and hazard-free

• Support additional production tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work in a warm/hot environment around fryers

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

• Previous food production or frying experience is an asset, but not required
