Role Overview

As a Front of House (FOH) Team Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for. You’ll manage customer interactions, maintain cleanliness, and support smooth service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating.

• Take orders accurately and answer menu-related questions.

• Ensure guests have an excellent dining experience.

• Order Management:

• Process dine-in and takeout orders using POS systems.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff for timely service.

• Cleanliness & Presentation:

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

• Follow hygiene and halal compliance standards.

• Team Collaboration:

• Assist with restocking supplies and preparing condiments.

• Support other team members during busy periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of halal food practices (training provided if needed).

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
