Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals at a beginner to intermediate level who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with various construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and clean-up.

· Operate basic hand and power tools.

· Load and unload materials and equipment.

· Support skilled tradespeople in completing their tasks.

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

· Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

· Valid driver's license (mandatory).

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Own tools and steel toed boots

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings

· Operate hand tools, power tools and equipment to complete carpentry duties

· Work with materials such as wood, plastic, laminates, or drywall

· Constructed, finished and repaired or installed a variety of structural items

· Load and unload materials, tools and equipment for job sites

· Establish and maintain a safe work environment

· Complete and submit daily paperwork reporting time and job duties

· Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

· Ability to work well in a team environment.

· Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labour.
