Job description

Hotel Metro is currently seeking a Full-Time Guest Services Representative for our upscale Boutique Hotel in Downtown London. Applicants must be professional, personable and must have a keen eye for details.

Our team is expected to work in a fast paced environment, carry on conversation with guests from all over the world and work well with computers, spreadsheets and word processing software.

This is the perfect placement for someone looking to gain more experience in a fast paced hospitality environment.

It is a set schedule, but additional shifts might be available due to scheduling. Hourly wage is commensurate with experience. Please reply with your resume and cover letter.
