Heritage Concierge

Preferred Client Division – The Bradford Group
Full-Time | Hourly + Incentives | Benefits + RRSP/Pension

About the Role

We’re looking for warm, engaging professionals to join us as Heritage Concierges—a relationship-focused role supporting coin collectors across North America.

This is not a traditional sales job.
You’ll build meaningful relationships with clients, understand their collecting interests, and offer curated recommendations based on history, artistry, and legacy. Through authentic conversation and expert training, you’ll become their trusted guide.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a portfolio of collector relationships

• Hold warm, consultative conversations (no high-pressure selling)

• Recommend coins and collectibles that match client interests

• Share the stories, history, and artistry behind each piece

• Provide a premium, white-glove client experience

• Document client preferences using CRM tools

• Customer service, hospitality, or account management experience is a plus

(No numismatics experience required — full training provided)
