We are hiring Interior Specialists. This role focuses on the inside of the home. Your mission is simple. Make the home look clean, fresh, and organized. You will remove stains, repair surfaces, refresh paint, and restore order to the interior of each property.

You will work with a small, disciplined team. Projects often move quickly. You must work with focus, speed, and attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities

• Paint interior walls, trim, baseboards, and doors
• Scrape, sand, and prepare surfaces before painting
• Remove marks, stains, and surface damage from walls and trim
• Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
• Disinfect high-touch areas such as handles, switches, and fixtures
• Remove grease, soap residue, and buildup from surfaces
• Clean appliances, cabinets, counters, and sinks
• Restore floors, baseboards, and interior finishes
• Remove debris, dust, and construction residue
• Prepare rooms for listing photos and showings.

Your work transforms the inside of the home. Homeowners notice clean walls, bright rooms, and fresh finishes. Every detail must show pride and discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in painting, cleaning, property maintenance, or home improvement
• Ability to use cleaning tools, paint equipment, and basic power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift, move equipment, and perform repetitive tasks
• Must have a cellular phone with data plan
• Valid driver's license preferred
