Encore Auctions is seeking an experienced Night Shift Warehouse Manager to lead our night shift team

and oversee warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the shift

runs safely, efficiently, and productively while maintaining strong standards for performance, organization,

and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff and team leads.

Assign work, manage workflow, and ensure daily productivity targets are achieved.

Monitor employee performance and address performance, attendance, and workplace concerns.

Oversee the movement, storage, and organization of inventory.

Maintain an organized warehouse and identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency.

Enforce health and safety procedures and promptly address hazards or unsafe practices.

Support employee onboarding, training, and workplace incident investigations.

Monitor equipment usage and coordinate maintenance when required.

Maintain clear communication with leadership and ensure a smooth transition between shifts.

Qualifications

3–5 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or operations experience.

Previous warehouse leadership or management experience required.

Strong leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and hold employees accountable.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Knowledge of warehouse health and safety requirements (OHSA and Regs).

Forklift knowledge or experience is considered an asset.

Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs as required.

Must be available to work night shifts, weekends and overtime based on business needs.

This is a full-time, permanent salaried position at $52,000 per year. After three months of continuous employment, you will be eligible to enroll with our Group Benefit plan through Manulife- we offer Single or Family coverage with Dental care, Vision and paramedical services are included.
