Snow Plow Operator On-call

Key Responsibilities:

· You are responsible for all plowing in a timely manner whenever needed.

· Work on your own to manage quality and timeliness of assigned snow plowing needs

· Monitor and ensure the efficient use of materials and equipment

· Examine work for exactness, completeness and conformance to policies and procedures

Requirements:

· Minimum of 3-5 years snow plowing knowledge and experience

· Experience operating Tractors & Wheel Loader (John Deer 324) or similar is a must

· Equipment Operator candidates will be required to demonstrate competency at time of interview

· Valid and clean G class driver’s license (abstract required)

· Strong work ethic and attention to detail

· Ability to communicate effectively with management

· Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times

· Comply with all company policies and regulations

· Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations

· * Available (On Call) 24/7 to respond to all snow/ice events from Nov. 15, 2025 to Mar. 31, 2026
