  • Our Aylmer, Ontario facility specializes in the production of infused pre-rolls and features automated vape filling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate filling, capping, packaging, and labeling equipment according to standard procedures.
  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned and calibrated prior to use.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of packaging equipment, lines, and rooms as needed to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
  • Conduct line clearances and reconciliations to prepare for new batches.
  • Set up and prepare product filling and packaging equipment prior to batch transitions.
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed for the production process.
  • Perform in-process checks to ensure product integrity is maintained throughout the packaging process.
  • Follow strict quality control procedures and ensure that batch records are recorded clearly and accurately.
  • Ensure documentation complies with Good Production Procedures (GPP).
  • Adhere to all regulations under the Cannabis Act, ensuring safe and compliant production practices.
  • Follow established guidelines for the proper storage of supplies and equipment and the disposal of waste.
  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation for production records.
  • Follow both written and verbal directions required to complete assigned tasks effectively.
  • Assist with additional tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor to support production goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to navigate a computer and use Microsoft office.  
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with GPP and quality control procedures is an asset.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Capable of performing repetitive tasks and handling moderate physical labour.
