Production Support Coordinator

As a Production Support Coordinator, you’ll connect workforce planning, reporting, and administrative support in a way that strengthens reliability, accountability, and day-to-day operational flow.

 

What You’ll Be Accountable For:

Workforce Coordination: Manage timesheets, payroll approvals, vacation requests, and absenteeism tracking.

Scheduling Support: Develop and adjust crew scheduled, including weekend overtime and leadership coverage.

Reporting & Communication: Run and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and updates.

Production Administration: Support production meetings by recording minutes and tracking action items.

Onboarding Support: Coordinate orientation and onboarding for temporary and new colleagues with Human Resources.

Health & Safety Support: Assist with safety talks, alerts, and adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.

Quality & Training: Support SOP training, monthly inspections, CIR investigations, and Quality Management System requirements.

Training Coordination: Ensure job task training materials are current and support non-technical training delivery.

Office & Uniform Programs: Manage production office supplies and administer the employee uniform program.

Operational Support: Complete other assigned duties that support production leadership and team effectiveness.

What you’ll bring

College diploma combined with relevant experience

2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail

Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage competing priorities

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and Outlook

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Comfort working with data, schedules, and cross-functional teams

Total Rewards

We’re offering a competitive compensation in the range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year. Pay will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Some additional benefits we have offer are:
