Why this Role Matters

The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT and business initiatives by applying disciplined project management practices across the full project lifecycle.

This role safeguards organizational commitments by bringing clarity, structure and accountability to complex, cross-functional projects, while fostering collaboration, risk awareness and continuous improvement.

Reporting within the Information & Business Technology function, this role partners closely with leaders, technical teams, operational stakeholders and external partners to deliver solutions that advance strategic and operational objectives.

What You’ll Be Accountable For:

  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead IT and business projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling and close-out, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives.
  • Planning, Scope & Risk Management: Define deliverables, validate scope, manage dependencies and apply structured risk analysis and contingency planning
  • Methodology Application: Apply PMI-aligned project management practices, using Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to project context.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication, issue escalation, negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Resource Management: Balance competing priorities across cross-functional teams and optimize resource allocation.
  • Governance & Reporting: Track progress using standard project metrics, maintain consistent governance practices and communicate status, risks and decisions effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion strong project management culture through mentoring, lessons learned and adherence to standard methodologies and tools.

What you’ll bring

  • This role is based on site and requires in‑office work five days per week.
  • Postsecondary degree in a related field  
  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification, or equivalent, is required.
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise‑level, cross‑functional IT and business projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of PMI best practices, project governance and change management principles.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, solve complex problems and bring structure to evolving initiatives.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and conflict-resolution skills.
  • A collaborative, inclusive leadership style aligned with a values-driven culture.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Business process mapping (e.g. BPMN 2.0, SIPOC, Swim-lane process flows)
  • Formal IT training or education, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and vendors.
  • Manufacturing, or regulated industry experience, with an understanding of operational environments, dependencies and change impacts.

Total Rewards

We’re offering a competitive compensation in the range of $85,000 – $100,000 per year. Pay will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
