Full Job Description

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has several immediate openings in St. Thomas, ON for Quality Inspectors on afternoon and night shifts.

Pay Rate: $17.60/hour

Shift Premium: +$1.25/hour for afternoon and night shifts

Position Overview

The Quality Inspector provides quality services and support for all assigned tasks within manufacturing or warehouse environments while maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.

Reports To

Site Supervisor / Site Leaders

Responsibilities

Operations

• Inspect manufactured parts/products for defects

• Follow work instructions and established processes

• Use measuring and testing equipment as required

• Ensure products meet quality standards

• Maintain compliance with health and safety policies

Client Relations

• Act as a third party between production and customer facilities

• Ensure products meet customer specifications

• Provide excellent customer service

Organization & Data

• Collect and record inspection data

• Use company systems for time tracking and policy compliance

Other

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Physically capable of standing/walking for long periods

• Ability to bend, lift, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable transportation required

Preferred

• Blueprint reading experience is an asset

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• No experience required
