About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will support customers with product selection, provide exceptional service, and help maintain an organized, welcoming in-store environment. This role focuses on braids, wigs, hair extensions, and related beauty products.

What We’re Looking For

A friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude

Interest in beauty, braids, wigs, and haircare

Willingness to learn and follow training, even if you have little to no braiding experience

Strong communication skills

Ability to speak an additional language is considered an asset

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting wigs, braiding hair, and beauty products

Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs

Maintain clean, organized displays and ensure proper product stocking

Support basic store operations, including cashier duties

Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive shopping environment
