As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of branch sales performance, lead and motivate a dedicated team, and create exceptional experiences for our contractor, builder, and residential customers. This is a full-time, career-track role with real advancement potential within our organization.

What You'll Do
- Drive branch sales and profitability through proactive customer engagement and new business development
- Lead, coach, and motivate store staff to deliver prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and residential customers
- Provide accurate and competitive material quotations
- Merchandise the store strategically based on seasonality and business priorities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all orders are processed accurately through the POS system
- Assist customers in selecting the right products for their specific project needs
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated sales leadership and management experience
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with basic computer skills and POS systems
- Solid math skills and attention to detail
- A team-first attitude with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
- Interest or background in the construction/building materials industry is an asset

Store Hours: Monday–Friday 7:00 am–6:00 pm | Saturday–Sunday 8:00 am–4:00 pm
