Sign Installer — Excellent Sign Group

• Permanent, full-time, on-site in London, Ontario  

• Previous experience: 1–2 years  

• Education: High-school diploma  

• Previous advertised wage: $20+/hour, negotiable  

• Schedule may include early mornings, nights, weekends and overtime

Key responsibilities:

• Install, repair and service interior and exterior signs, billboards and awnings  

• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications  

• Determine installation layouts and procedures  

• Measure and mark installation guidelines  

• Use hand and power tools  

• Prepare materials and supplies  

• Load and unload equipment and signs  

• Erect scaffolding and other working platforms  

• Provide professional customer service

Requirements and working conditions:

• Comfortable working outdoors, at heights and with heavy loads  

• Aerial-lift/work-platform certification  

• WHMIS certification  

• Fall-arrest training  

• Acceptable driving record  

• Attention to detail, reliability, punctuality and teamwork
