Encore Auctions is seeking a motivated and hands-on Team Lead to join our Product Specialist team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and enjoys leading others toward shared goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Product Specialist team during afternoon shifts.

• Ensure team members stay on task and maintain productivity.

• Monitor cataloguing accuracy for all incoming products.

• Provide guidance, support, and direction to the team as needed.

• Maintain a positive and efficient workflow in a dynamic warehouse setting.

• Collaborate with management to identify and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable giving direction and ensuring quality control.

• Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
