Tow Truck Driver

Position: Tow Truck Driver
Location: London, Ontario (based at 82 Charterhouse Cres)  
Company Overview: Charterhouse Towing is a well-established towing and recovery company in London, ON. We pride ourselves on fast response, professional service, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.  

Key Duties:

  • Operate a company tow truck safely and efficiently, responding to calls for roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and transport.
  • Load, secure, transport and unload vehicles and equipment according to best practices.
  • Communicate with dispatch and log job details accurately.
  • Perform basic inspections of the tow truck and equipment; report any maintenance issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and comply with safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class DZ (or equivalent) driver’s licence for Ontario with clean driving record.
  • Experience operating heavy vehicles or tow trucks is an asset.
  • Ability to work 24/7 rotating shifts (on-call and weekend work).
  • Physically fit and able to handle lifting, chaining, pulling, securing vehicles.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
