In his role as CEO of Pathways Employment Help Centre, Paul shares his passion for helping people realize their full potential in his leadership of the entire team. Paul’s additional contributions to the London community have included 12 years as a city councillor and Deputy Mayor as well as serving on numerous boards of directors.

Jerry brought a background in teaching and Human Resources to Pathways in 2002. In the nearly 20 years since then, he has been involved in almost every aspect of the organization. The joy he finds in coaching and seeing people succeed enables him to expertly play his critical role in the organization.

Director of Skills Training

Corrina MacDonald is the Director of Skills Training at Pathways Employment Help Centre. She has been the driving force behind our Skills Training programs for the past 8 years.
Her passion for education and training serves as a guiding light to our clients who are looking for a new direction in their lives.

Director of Employment Services

Norm Wiseman returns to Pathways as a Director after serving for years as an Employment Counsellor. In the interim Norm held a variety of roles in Education, Consulting, Training and Employment Supports. This diverse background has prepared Norm well to lead our Life Stabilization Team. Norm is known for his calm leadership and his understated sense of humour, both critical skillsets in our sector.

Director of Business Development & Communications

Sarah Gastle has taken her love of all things Community and her skills in Marketing, Networking , Grant Writing and Strategic Planning and combined them to become Pathways’ Director of Business Development & Communications. Her contributions have included the creation of the London Community Woodshop and over $2.5 million in grants to fund some of our newest and most exciting programs, including the recent Tiny Home Initiative in partnership with Chippewas of the Thames First Nation.
