Position Details:
Schedule: Flexible hours, typically 2-3 days per week, 9 AM - 3 PM. Summer schedules vary based on client availability.
Pay: Starts at minimum and increases to $18-$20/hr based on performance. Mileage reimbursement available for those with a car.
Typical Duties:
Clean one home per day, working independently or with a partner.
Stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks like bending, reaching, vacuuming during 3-5 hour shifts.
Follow cleaning instructions accurately, maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.
Use environmentally friendly cleaning products (full training provided).
Interact with clients in English and deliver top-notch customer service.
Follow the company’s cleaning procedures with professionalism and pride.
Qualifications:
Proficient in spoken & written English (Level 7 ESL or higher).
Driver’s license & access to a vehicle preferred, or must know bus routes.
Current clear Police Check required.
Positive attitude, strong organization skills, and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Must be able to lift over 20 lbs comfortably.
