for available Construction Workers to join our team on Wind & Solar projects in the Alberta area. As a
Construction Worker, you will be responsible for building and the installation of Wind Turbines & Solar
fields.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Load and unload materials and place them in work areas
• Spotting trucks and equipment while backing up
• Capable of using equipment such as mixers, compressors and pumps, or monitoring their
operation
• Dig pits, trenches in preparation for job site construction
• Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site
• Provide labor support as needed for a specialty crew
• Direct traffic to or near the construction site
• Measure, cut, and assemble the support structure for solar panels
• Install solar modules, panels, and support structures in accordance with codes and standards
• Complete site checks and cleanup at conclusion of each day
• Responsible for the quality and efficiency of an installation
• Maintain company owned tools and equipment
REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Previous construction industry experience or solar installation preferred
• Valid driver license
• Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
• Good physical condition
• Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
• Comfortable working in high-stress environment
• May be required to work in inclement weather at varying times and places
• 1-5 years experience installing Solar panels
• Ability to work safely and effectively
• CSTS & WHIMIS certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively to all members of the solar team and customer
