Customer Service Representative

Must be available: 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. Monday - Saturday
Job Description:
• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and caring manner
• Help customers find what they are looking for within the store
• Provide customers with product suggestions, options and substitutions (in house training provided)
• Answer phone calls and emails for appointment bookings, product orders and customer service.
• Process purchases on POS, and package online orders for shipping
• Receive supplier shipments, stock shelves, showcase incoming products
• Additional tasks as requested related to the success of the organization
• Maintain a clean and organized store front and back room
