London Contact Center: Easyline Specialist

Location: 380 Wellington Street London, ON
Training: 10 weeks onsite, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
Hybrid Work: employees will transition to Working From Home towards end of training, however they will still be required to come onsite few times each month for meetings/coachings/extra support/rewards & recognition
Schedule: Full time, 37 hours/week, 5 shifts per week, shifts - mornings/afternoons/evenings/weekends, Must Be Flexible to work various shifts within business hours
Business hours: Monday to Sunday, 6am to 12am
Compensation: $40,320/annual pay ($20.62/hourly)
Shift premium: additional $1.10/hour for any shift ending at 9pm or after
Benefits apply after 90 days probation
