AllStaff is urgently recruiting for Machinist's within a fast-paced manufacturing environment located in Woodstock, ON.
Must have Requirements:
• Machinist Certificate from an accredited trade school.
• 4-5 years working with 5 Axis CNC machines including set up and basic programming.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools and materials on all manual CNC machines. Edit CNC codes
• Read blueprints to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece.
• Calculate and sets up jobs, tools, control and regulate machines based on speed, coolant flow and depth of angle.
• Enter Commands or edit computerized machine controls.
• Starting and observing machines as the operate to determine malfunctions and out of tolerance machining.
• Other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
• Start at $27.44 for probation and then $30.49 after probation.
• The $3.05 difference will be paid back as a bonus at the end of probation.
