This is Full- Time, Contractual position starting from May 2023 till Sep 2024, covering maternity leave.

Purpose of Position:

Within the sales and marketing department, a marketing associate with good knowledge in Graphic Design will coordinate with internal departments and management resources as needed to complete tasks and goals for assigned customers and projects.

Qualifications:

Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
Provide clear and consistent communication.
Graphic design proficiency in photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Canva.
Working knowledge of paid search marketing, search engine optimisation, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Ability to function well in a fast-paced, multi-task environment; thrive on challenges.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes – particularly Excel.
Self-motivated and a team player.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Detail oriented with reliable attendance.
Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience and proficiency in French can be an asset.
Valid full - G drivers’ license and willingness to drive on major highways.
Travel as required.
Key Accountabilities:

Setting goals and developing action plans to achieve them.
Key client liaison and marketing specialist for assigned accounts.
Establish relationships with key accounts to coordinate, analyze, improve, and implement requested client activities such as promotions, product launches, campaigns and website development including documenting processes and recommendations.
Graphic design and development of catalogues, brochures, product images, website templates and general graphics for all product lines.
Coordinate activities with vendors, sterling managers, and staff to carry out client deliverables.
Responsible for creating goals to keep projects on schedule, solving problems and managing follow up.
Coordinate the creation and maintenance of web and print catalogues, promotional literature, samples, and displays.
Coordination and website development through our Internal Content Management System (CMS), which includes implementing copywriting, image development, page flow, new product updates, part number and price updates within the CMS system; programming is not required.
Client website analysis and review to optimize our products positions.
Travel for client visits as required.
Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow and implement action plans.
Coordination, maintenance, and participation in yearly vendor and product trade shows along with new and established program products, part numbers and prices.
Creating, implementing, and tracking sales promotions.
Photography and digital work to prepare photos for the web or print.
Miscellaneous:

Mailings as required.
Training in programs as required.
Marketing support for sales reps
Organizing and conducting periodic meetings
Assist in the quoting of special proposals.
Other duties or projects as assigned.

Salary: From $37,000.00 per year
