Circelli Steel Ltd is a family owned and run growing dynamic structural & miscellaneous metals steel shop. Our scope of fabrication and installation includes institutional, residential, commercial, industrial and the private sectors throughout Southern Ontario.
We are seeking a talented, self-motivated, enthusiastic individual for the position of Office Assistant within our organization and offer a career in a positive and interesting work environment. The successful applicant will perform various office duties as required and must be able to interact with co-workers and clients daily. The position we are offering requires a self-motivated individual who has excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to prioritize tasks with an attention to detail.
Duties & Responsibilities
-Reception, answering incoming calls and other general office tasks
-Data entry, filing, word processing
-Email management and customer support
-Support of various departments and other office staff for daily tasks as necessary
-Confidentiality is mandatory
Knowledge & Skills
-Completion of secondary school and administration certification or equivalent experience
-Experience within the construction industry is an asset
-Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
-Ability to maintain effective working relationships
-Must be able to meet critical deadlines
-Must be able to multi-task to a quick paced and always changing environment
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
