Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our motivated team as we ramp up for the summer!! The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting environments, although not necessary. This role requires a keen eye for attention to detail, physical ability for labouring, and the ability to work independently or with a team. The most important quality of a candidate is their ability to take care of our clients, bring a good attitude, and produce high quality work.

The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our expectations. We are looking for people interested in taking on more responsibility as we grow in the summer toward management positions and sales!! Happy to develop people as they grow with the business.

Duties
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
Conduct small drywall repairs and ensure surfaces are smooth and ready for painting.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the painting process.
Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects.
Collaborate with other painters and update the client for clear communication around the job site.

Experience
Proven experience in drywall, any time of painting, or labouring is preferred.
Ability to problem solve for high or difficult-to-reach areas.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
