PSW: 35-40 hrs/wk. 8:30 - 4:00pm
Job duties:
Provide care for female patient who is receiving dialysis 3 times a week.
All duties relating to care.
Patient requires assistance with ADLs: dressing, bathing, walking, exercising, cooking.
Requirements:
PSW certificate, or working towards certification.
Rate of pay: PSW 25.00 hr + 4%vac pay + 5% in Lieu of benefits
Job title: Nurse- Part time
LPN will be needed Mon Wed Friday
4 hrs each day. Time is negotiable.
Job duties:
Asses and monitor patients vitals/health.
Review PSW notes - ensure staff are managing well.
Follow-up and communicate with POA on patients progress and function
Requirements:
LPN - licensed, home care experience
Rate of pay:
LPN: 40 hr + 4% vac pay + 5% in lieu of benefits.
Job title: Overnight Care Worker
Full time: 11PM-7AM 7 days/week
Job duties: Be present incase care and support is needed.
This could be a PSW in training.
Separate bedroom with a double bed provided.
