Pathways Employment Help Centre has an available position for a Property Maintenance Facilitator.

Are you an experienced building manager, facilities manager or commercial cleaning professional?

Qualifications:
• You bring 5-7 years’ experience in the Building Maintenance and/or Facilities Management industry(ies) along with related facilitation/training experience.
• You have current knowledge of maintenance processes, including infection control, floor cleaning and sanitation, building regulations, basic electrical and plumbing, drywall repair, along with these hard skills you have the ability to communicate the “soft” skills required for success in the workplace.
• G license required.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn required.
*Assets include JHSC experience and First Aid training along with having training/supervisory experience in the cleaning/maintenance industry.
What to Expect:
• In this role you will have the opportunity to facilitate training sessions, improve and update curriculum, coach and mentor participants and participate in the meaningful work of assisting individuals who have been out of the workforce for sometime, to gain skills that will help them find employment.
• Regular office hours of 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday.
