FC Soccer is currently accepting applications for dedicated, customer focused candidates to work as a sales associate. We're looking for professional individuals who enjoy soccer and working in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates will have:

-Strong merchandising skills
-The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
-High school diploma

FC Soccer Duties:
-Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service
-Directing customers to merchandise within the store
-Superior product knowledge
-Vacuum, sweep, clean windows, tidy if needed. Make store presentable.
-Review invoices from the morning/night before.
○ Replenish what was sold
○ update any labels on inventory boxes when items are added or removed
-Communicate with Windsor/London about low stock for replenishment from sales
-Make sure that all details are written on sales invoices (brand, style, size and colour)
-If the sale is clearance put both regular price and sales price on invoice.
-Take out garbage/recycling every night before closing.
-Replace shoes from wall if sold or put back on wall presentable
-Go through store and put items in order
○ apparel: club, country, brand's
○ footwear: size, clearance, indoor, turf, outdoor
○ Equipment: balls, gloves, socks, bags, shin pads
-Clean washroom and change room and mop the floor weekly
-Check mailbox for delivered mail
-Have customers with large bags or backpacks leave them at the front door.
