Part- Time Associate at Kimberley’s Fashions
At Kimberley’s Fashions customer service is our number one priority. We have the best customers and they have returned to us time and time again as the come to Kimberley’s Fashions where they can expect great customer service. Here is a list of responsibilities that will be required.
• Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting the store’s commitment to our customers, including customer service focus and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Assisting customers while they are browsing. Welcoming customers and assisting them by taking clothing to fitting room.
• Signing for deliveries and making the retail floor a safe environment. (Taking boxes upstairs)
• Unpacking new deliveries, entering them into our system and pricing them
• Assisting in the display of merchandise.
• Assisting in organizing the retail floor and overstock areas.
• Folding clothes, tidy up racks ensuring clothes are on hangers. Arranging clothes in size order.
• Assisting with online and social media including pictures and posts.
• Assisting to maintain a clean retail floor, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning mirrors.
• Assisting to maintain clean washrooms
• Operating cash register, process sales and processing customer refunds
• Answering the telephone and relay messages if needed.
